PURPOSE:To obtain a compact apparatus by installing the second cylinder for tilting a bed by a prescribed angle to the first cylinder side of the bed pivotal installation point on a frame, thus increasing the arm of the operation line of the first cylinder and reducing the thrust force. CONSTITUTION:When the load W on a bed 1 is over a prescribed value, said bed 1 is tilted by a prescribed angle theta through a cylinder 8 by extending a hydraulic cylinder 7. Since the arm Q of the operation line M is large, the necessary thrust P of the second hydraulic cylinder 7 is small. Then, the bed 1 is tilted by extending the first hydraulic cylinder 4. The arm l' of the opera tion line L' of the thrust T4t becomes relatively large, since the bed 1 is tilted by a prescribed angle theta. Since the thrust T' becomes relatively small, the first cylinder 4 can be made compact. Therefore, layout can be made advanta geous, and cost cut is permitted.
