PURPOSE:To make it possible to ventilate selected rooms with a large volume of air and allow the ventilation of multiple rooms with a single unit of ventilation appliance by opening the damper for the selected rooms only by manipulating the forced priority switch while dampers for other rooms are closed, and operating the ventilation appliance at a high setting. CONSTITUTION:When the forced priority switch 8 is made ON, the relay 7 is actuated to close the normally opened contact 7b to cause the motor 2 to be electrified directly at its high setting for 'HIGH' operation. At the same time, the circuit to dampers 5a, 5b, 5c for respective rooms connected to the normally closed contact 7a is interrupted, but, the damper 5a receives the power supply from the circuit that directly supplies the power to the damper 5a from the normally opened 7b, bypassing the switch 6a. As a result, the damper 5a is opened while other dampers 5b, 5c remain closed. Since the ventilation appliance 1 is being operated at high setting, and only the damper 5a for the room having the forced priority switch 8 is opened while the dampers 5b, 5c for other rooms are closed, the ventilation of the room having the forced priority switch 8 being made ON only becomes possible.
