PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and radio communication method capable of coping with positional deviation between a transmission array antenna and a reception array antenna with a small amount of operation by transmission beam forming that does not require inverse matrix operation that requires a large amount of operation.SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a portable terminal provided with a first array antenna composed of a plurality of first antenna elements, and an information terminal provided with a second array antenna composed of second antenna elements being the same number as the first antenna elements. The information terminal includes a position detection part for detecting the position of the first antenna elements, and a weight selection part for selecting a weight matrix from a data table obtained by associating positional deviation between the first antenna elements and the second antenna elements with a weight matrix for performing transmission beam forming on the basis of the detected position information of the first antenna elements and known position information of the second antenna elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
