PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job hunting support system which enables a job seeker to know more about a job offerer and the job offerer to know more about the job seeker.SOLUTION: A job hunting support device 12 receives inquiries to a job offerer from a job seeker's referee via a referee terminal 18 as well as from the job seeker via a job seeker terminal 16. The referee's inquiries and the job offerer's replies to them are accessible via the job seeker terminal 16 as well. The referee's inquiries to the job offerer themselves can help the job seeker with job hunting and the job seeker can grasp job offer information points by accessing information exchanged between the referee and the job offerer. The job hunting support device 12 transmits to the job offerer the inquiries sent via the referee terminal 16 and the attribute information of the referee who has sent the inquiries (including information indicating the relationship between the referee and the job seeker).
