PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus remote control system capable of remotely controlling a plurality of electronic apparatuses properly.SOLUTION: A remote control system 1 comprises a plurality of air conditioners 100A to 100I (electronic apparatuses), and a remote controller 10 (a transmission device) for remotely controlling each of the air conditioners. The remote controller 10 comprises a signal transmission part 11 (a transmission part) including two light sources (a first infrared LED 11a and a second infrared LED 11b) and transmitting light from each of the light sources as instruction signals for the air conditioners 100A to 100I. Each of the air conditioners 100A to 100I comprises a signal reception part 111 (light reception part) for receiving the intensities of the light from the light sources of the remote controller 10, and a control part 112 which compares the intensities of the light from the light sources received by the signal reception part 111, determines that the light is an instruction signal to itself if the difference between the intensities is within a predetermined range, and performs a control according to the instruction signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
