PURPOSE:To improve the durability and serviceability by eliminating sections that tend to clog by providing approx. chevron shaped primary drain conduit having a pipe section size smaller than that of the drain pipe located on its downstream side and a secondary drain conduit which has an opening at a level equal to or higher than the peak of the primary drain conduit and allows the cleaning liquid to overflow from said opening. CONSTITUTION:Cleaning liquid is normally filled in the cleaning liquid reservoir 7 up to a level 33 lower than the peak 28 of the primary drain conduit 26. The cleaning liquid is drained after being used for several times for cleaning purposes. At this time, the water feed valve 15 is first opened to feed water for a certain duration to cause the cleaning liquid to flow out of the primary drain conduit 26. As the water level is raised, the interior of the siphon tube 25 is filled with the cleaning liquid partly on account of the surface tension generated in the tube. In other words, water draining has been started by the siphon effect. In the case where the amount of draining by the primary drain conduit 26 is smaller than the amount of feed water, the cleaning liquid overflows from the opening 29 of the secondary drain conduit 29 to drain the water. |
