<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the arrangement of a device which supplies welded bolts, etc. with the heads thereof being made to lead, by receiving a capped workpiece such that it is suspended by a hole in a slider to allow it to slide in a supply section, and by pushing out the workpiece from below with the head of the workpiece being made to lead. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 12 moves together with a slider 12 and fingers 30 as well as rod receiving plates 38, 38a. In association with the above-mentioned movements the front ends of the rod receiving plates 38, 38a are projected above a dropping hole 49. With this arrangement rods 2 locked by the fingers 30 are moved above the dropping hole 49 one by one, and are locked at their head sections by the rod receiving plates 38, 38a. Then the plunger 12 is moved to communicate air holes 58, 59 with each other, and therefore, compressed air feeds out the rod 2 in a rod receiving hole 53. Further, when the plunger 12 moves rightward, the rod 2 locked by the rod receiving plates 38, 38a enters into the rod receiving hole 53, the above-mentioned steps being repeated. Thus, it is possible to simplify the arrangement of the rod supply device.</p> |
