PURPOSE:To constitute the titled device so that a relative position of a photodetecting lens and a photodetector is not varied, by providing a fitting part of the photodetecting lens and the photodetecting element so as to be orthogonal to a place containing an optical axis of a photographic lens and an optical axis of the photodetecting lens, and in the vicinity of a plane containing the optical axis of the photodetecting lens. CONSTITUTION:A photodetecting lens holder 2 and a photodetecting element fitting plate 6 are attached onto the same horizontal line to a photodetecting case 4. Even if materials of the photodetecting lens holder 2 and the photodetector fitting plate 6 are different from each other, they expand and contract by using the horizontal line as a base line, against a temperature variation, therefore, the center of the photodetecting lens 1 and the center of the photodetecting element 3 are scarcely shifted in the vertical direction. That is to say, an image which is formed on the photodetecting element is scarcely varied by a temperature characteristic, a variation of an output level of the photodetecting element is reduced, and accordingly, a range finding variation is scarcely generated. Also, the photodetecting lens holder 2 and the photodetecting element fitting plate 6 are attached to the center of both parts of a photodetecting case 4, therefore, a position variation caused by a disturbance such as an excitation, etc. becomes a variation of only the gate direction centering around a photodetecting lens fitting screw 5 and a photodetecting element fitting screw 7. |
