PURPOSE:To offset the shortage of a traction force by mounting a hydraulic pump driven by an engine onto an agricultural transport car (tractor) and supplying the discharged pressurized oil into a hydraulic motor for driving wheels through a control valve. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pump 4 driven by an engine is installed onto a tractor body 1, and the oil pumped up from an oil tank 10 by the operation of the pump 4 is supplied into a hydraulic motor 6 through a control valve 5 or returned into the oil tank 10. Said hydraulic motor 6 generates a turning power by the supply of the pressurized oil, and a working apparatus 7 is driven through a clutch 9 by said power, and wheels 8 are driven normally and reversely. When the tractor is short of traction force, the control valve 5 is operated to adjust the generated power of the hydraulic motor 6, and the traction force is increased by drive-revolving the wheels 8.
