PURPOSE:To obviate loose fitting by providing a required gap between a fitting piece fixed to a disk plate and a deformation preventing piece fixed to an impeller and pressing and heating the impellers to spread and connect the connections between the impellers. CONSTITUTION:A fitting piece 8 is fixed to the outer periphery of the lower end of a disk plate 2 of each impeller and a deformation preventing piece 9 fixed to the upper periphery of the upper end. And a constant gap is provided between the fitting piece 8 and the deformation preventing piece 9 with the disk plates 2, 2 contacting each other. Further, the impellers are stacked into a plurality of stages, fitted and aligned with each other by fitting the disk plate 2 in the fitting piece 10. And the connection is spread and connected to form a rotor 7. Thus, the impellers on the respective stages can be completely interconnected to prevent loose fitting.
