PURPOSE:To protect a rocket from breakdown by forming a gas induction path between an insulator arranged at the outercircumference in front of the nozzle skirt of rocket nozzle and a gas permeable insulator coupled to the former insulator thereby discharging the gas produced from the adhesive in the insulator smoothly to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle skirt 11 is secured to the skirt holder 16 fixed through a metal flange 13 to the motor case M of rocket. An insulator 12 is adhered through adhesive to the outercircumference while another insulator 18 is arranged at the outercircumference in front of said skirt nozzle 11 and a gas induction path 19 is provided in the innercircumferential face. Consequently, the nozzle skirt 11 is heated by the high temperature gas to produce gas from the insulator 12 and the adhesive, but said gas will enter through the gas induction path 19 into the gas permeable insulator 12 then discharged into the universal space without causing breakdown and the nozzle skirt 11 can be made thin.
