PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and make the maintenance unnecessary by installing an oil storage tank of lubricating oil in a higher position than a water pump and connecting the oil storage tank to the bearing parts of a water pump by means of a conduit tube. CONSTITUTION:An engine 2 is provided with a water pump which circulates cooling water in a cooling jacket and an oil pump which supplies the lubricating oil in an oil storage tank 15 to a carburetor 5. The oil storage tank 15 is installed in a higher position than the water pump and a conduit tube 16a introducing lubricating oil to the bearing parts of the water pump by gravity is provided so as to be branched from a conduit pipe 16 between the oil storage tank 15 and the oil pump. Thus, lubricating oil can be automatically supplied to the bearing parts of the water pump 13 by a simple structure only providing a conduit tube 16a, and the periodical maintenance such as the replacement or replenishment of lubricating oil for bearing parts becomes unnecessary. |
