A privacy call protection circuit for an wireless telephone prevents entanglements of calls having the same frequencies as neighbors'. The wireless telephone comprises a fixed and a movable part. A movable part comprises a discriminator (112) rectifying a bell signal of 750 Hz, a tone decoder(115) transforming the bell signal to data pulses, a controller(116), an encoder/decoder(117) turning the mode according to the signal of the controller, and a pulse generator(118). The fixed part uses the pilot signal of 5.3 MHz.
