PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct alternate heat cooking of efficient high frequency heating and oven heating by applying the treatment of coating of an insulating material of 100mu or more on the full surface of an oven pan. CONSTITUTION:The heating unit is provided with planar heaters 9a and 9b which raise the temperature of the atmosphere within a heating chamber 2 and are provided on the upper outer surface and the lower outer surface of the heating chamber 2 is close contact therewith and a high-frequency wave generator for generating a high frequency wave and a projection 13 for holding a square oven pan 12 is provided on the side wall surface of the heating chamber 2. On the entire surface of the square oven 12 a primary enamel film 14 of 50mu or more is first formed, and then a secondary enamel film 15 of 50mu or more is formed by coating treatment. When each procedure is carried out, the oven pan can be positively insulated by the primary enamel film 14 or a secondary enamel film 15 even is a pin hole 16 is formed. Therefore, the high-frequency heating using the oven pan 12 becomes possible, hence efficient alternate heat cooking of efficient high-frequency heating and oven heating can be conducted.
