发明名称 ECCENTRIC BEARING LOCK MECHANISM OF COMPRESSION RATIO VARYING MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to perform shifting to a high compression ratio in a wide operation range, by a method wherein a first and a second guide groove and two lock pin engaging hole are provided in an eccentric bearing located between a piston pin and a connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric bearing 10, having an inner and an outer periphery positioned eccentrically to each other, is rotatably located between a piston pin and a connecting rod. First and second lock pin engaging holes 16 and 17 and first and second guide grooves 21 and 22, circumferentially extended, are formed in the eccentric bearing 10, and further, first and second collision surfaces 23 and 24, extended radially outwardly from the bottom surfaces of the guide grooves 21 and 22, respectively, are formed. This enables reliable engagement of the lock pin with the lock pin engaging holes 16 and 17 even when the eccentric bearing 10 is rotated in any direction.
