摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of scale, by a method wherein a cooling part and a temperature detecting part, detecting the temperature of exhaust gas to control a flow rate of cooling water to the cooling part, are mounted to an injection nozzle cover, covering the outer periphery of a turbine blade. CONSTITUTION:A cooling part 7, formed with a cooling pipe, is mounted to the outer part of an injection nozzle cover 6, covering the outer periphery of a moving vane 3 of a turbine blade. A temperature detecting part 8, formed with a temperature measuring sensor, is situated to the injection nozzle cover 6 part, and the detecting part detects the temperature of exhaust gas 9, the detecting part outputting a signal, by means of which a flow rate of cooling water fed to the cooling part 7 is controlled, to a discharge regulating valve. Control of a flow rate of the cooling water to the cooling part causes the cooling part 7 to cool the injection nozzle cover 6 from its outside, forces the temperature of the injection nozzle cover to be held at lower than a melting point of scale, and enables holding of a clearance between the injection nozzle cover 6 and the moving vane 3 at a proper value.
