摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable quantitative evaluation of sensor performance, by connecting a jig provided near the tip of a robot to a 3-D position measuring machine in such a manner as to easy to detach to determine the intended action route of the robot and the action path detected with a sensor. CONSTITUTION:A 3-D position measuring machine 4 is connected to a robot 2 having a welding torch 1 at the wrist tip thereof through a jig 3 in such a manner as to be easy to detach. The output signal from a sensor 5 is converted into a position signal with a sensor controller 6 and the correction value of the current position of the robot with the sensor during the operation thereof is memorized into a data collector 7 in real time during the welding. Thereafter, the action of the robot 2 is reproduced with a robot controller 8 by a data collected with the collector 7 and at a speed sufficiently lower than the actual action speed of the robot and various data measured with the 3-D position measuring machine 4 is inputted into a path analyzer 9 to evaluate the performance of the sensor.
