摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable a simple and accurate detection to be conducted by detecting a phosphoric acid ion from the degree of a coloration generated when a liquid to be detected is brought into contact with a carrier layer. CONSTITUTION:A column in which a glass pipe 1 with both open ends is provided with a packed bed 2 of aluminum oxide carrying ammonium molybdate and stannous chloride is stood in the wafer containing a phosphoric acid ion to be detected. The phosphoric acid ion took in from through the bottom portion of the column due to a capillary phenomenon conducts a color reaction with the ammonium molybdate and stannous chloride in the bed 2, producing a colored layer 4. The thickness of the layer 4 and the density of the phosphoric acid ion show a proportion relationship, whereby the phosphoric ion can be accurately detected.
