PURPOSE:To enable circulation of low temperature fluid for re-use, by a method wherein a high temperature solution is forced to flow through a main shaft and a valve body from the outside, and a low temperature solution is guided through the other end of the main shaft to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A high temperature solution is guided to a main shaft 2 through a cover 12 by means of a feed solution pipe 5, and a high temperature solution flows through a through-hole 2a, formed in the central part of the main shaft 2, to the interior of a valve body 1. The high temperature solution flows in a zigzag shape through the valve body 1 by dint of a shut-off plate 1b of the valve body 1 to an adjacent shut-off plate part by means of an opening part 1c, and this forces the high temperature solution to be gradually cooled by means of a low temperature solution 13 flowing through the exterior of the valve body 1 and the interior of a valve drum 3. The high temperature solution, gradually cooled by flowing in a zigzag manner through the interior of the valve body 1, is guided to a drain pipe 6 through the through-hole 2a, formed on the side opposite to the feed solution pipe 5 of the main shaft 2, and flows to the outside of a butterfly type valve.
