PURPOSE:To reduce the frictional resistance between the motor body and the shaft by pressure contacting an annular shallow projection while pushing into sealing member. CONSTITUTION:An annular projection 21 projecting i the axial direction of shaft 8 is provided near the shaft insertion hole 4 made through the inner face of pressure chamber 2. Said projection 21 is pressure contacted against a seal member 23 while pushing in. With such arrangement, the motor body 1 and the shaft 8 are sealed with limited area resulting in reduction of friction between the motor body 1 and the shaft 8.
