PURPOSE:To copy an image on a screen by exposing and scanning characters, graphics, etc. on the screen at the winding of the screen and forming their image on the surface of a photosensitive drum in a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:When a copy key on an operation panel 90 is depressed. a pulse motor driver 69, a lamp regulator 70, etc. are controlled by a main processor group 71 to drive the copying machine. At that time, a pulse motor 84 winds up the screen synchronously with the rotation of the photosensitive drum. Consequently, characters, graphics, etc. described on the screen are exposed and scanned by a lamp 66 at the winding of the screen. The reflected light from the screen is led into the copying machine through plural mirrors and forms its image on the surface of the drum. The formed image is transferred to paper and the paper is discharged from a tray.
