PURPOSE:To obtain a soft and a hard plastic foam layers having a required thickness and a precise shape, by pouring the 2nd foamable raw liquid while the 1st foamable raw liquid remains in roughly liquidous state in a mold and by making the formable raw liquid foam into the mold which is being tilted. CONSTITUTION:The 1st foamable raw liquid 2a which becomes a relatively hard polyurethane foam is poured from the 1st mixing head 71 onto the flat surface of a bottom force 5. As the mold 4 is being heated, the foamable raw liquid 3a begins to foam and the liquid state changes to a creamy state. The 2nd foamable raw liquid 2a which becomes a soft polyurethane foam is ejected from the 2nd mixing head 72 in a short time such as about 10 sec. As the raw liquid 2a is poured under remarkably strong pressure, it goes through the foamable raw liquid 3a and spreads on the surface of the bottom force 5. A top force 6 is thereafter closed and the mold 4 is titled. Then the raw liquid 2a of the lower layer and the raw liquid 3a of the upper layer start to flow in the mold and the foaming of each foamable raw liquid progresses. |
