PURPOSE:To execute operation without a decision in case of a regular call processing, and to execute transfer at night by eliminating this decision itself and utilizing an existing alternative function, especially, in a digital switchboard, by shifting the position of decision for switching at night. CONSTITUTION:Usually a switchboard selects a daytime route, and if an outgoing line is idle, a call is connected to a board trunk 6 of an attendant board 5 through a daytime route use trunk 3, and if it encounters a state that all the outgoing lines are busy, it is connected to a busy tone. In such a case, when a changeover switch at night 7 is operated in the attendant board 5, a switching request signal at night 10 is displayed on a control device of the switchboard through a signal switched at night receiving trunk 4. Also, by such operation, a blocking signal 9 of the daytime route is displayed on the control device in the same way through the daytime route use trunk 3. Therefore, when a call is generated, a switchboard 2 encounters a state that all the outgoing lines are busy as to the daytime route. Subsequently, whether the night switching is required or not is decided, and in case of the switching at night, the night route is selected, and the connection is completed through a trunk 8 for a rout at night.
