摘要 PURPOSE:To speed up the switching of optical paths, to reduce the number of parts and to improve the efficiency of assembling work by fixing a movable part for the switching of the optical paths by adhesion and using a lubricative resin material for the movable parts. CONSTITUTION:Two ceramic sliding shafts 4 are inserted into an insertion hole 13 and a guide groove 14 on a head 12 of a driving part 3, an electric exciting body is balanced with a permanent magnet 10 by adjusting an iron core 9 of a coil 1 and an adjusting screw 11 and a switching prism 2 on the driving part 3 is moved in the right and left directions by turning on/off the coil 1 to switch the optical paths. Since the ceramic sliding shafts 4 and the sliding parts made of a self-lubricative 'Delrin(R)' material are used, contact resistance can be reduced, the switching of the optical paths can be speeded up and the number of parts can be reduced to improve the efficiency of assembling.
