<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite film which is cloudless, high-quality and multipurpose, by making press-bonding between a multilayer film based on coextrusion and base material perform. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer film 2 is fed directly to a heating laminator 20 from a coextruding device 60. The multilayer film 2 fed to the heating laminator 20 is preheated by a preheat roll 27. Simultaneously with the above, the multilayer film 2 is held between the preheat roll 27 and a rubber roll 31, creases are smoothed and rolling is performed. The multilayer film 2 is come into contact with a heat roll 2 further, which is heated up to the temperature close by the melting temperature by the heat roll 22 and softened. Similarly, base material 1 such as paper or PET is drawn out through a feed roll 11 of a drawing-out machine 10 or 10a. The base material 1 is preheated by a preheat roll 26 on the heating laminator 20. The softened multilayer film 2 and preheated base material 1 are pressurized by the heat roll 22 and a pressurizing rubber roll 23 at high pressure.</p> |
