PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of an ID number, contamination with a dye- containing liquid or blurring of a developed color image from occurring, by applying a pressure-sensitive transfer color developer by spot printing to the back side of an ID number writing part of an upper sheet. CONSTITUTION:The copying sheet 1 comprises the upper sheet 2 and a lower sheet 3 laminated on each other and bound to each other on one end side by an adhesive 4, with a perforation 5 provided along the inner side of the bound part. On the face side of the upper sheet 2, the ID number writing part 6 and an item writing part 7 for writing predetermined items such as a name and an address are provided. On the back side of the sheet 2, the pressure-sensitive transfer color developer 8 is provided at a part corresponding to the part 6, and a colored copy transferring agent 9 is provided at a part corresponding to the part 7. The lower sheet 3 is provided with an ID copying part 10 at a part on the face side corresponding to the ID number writing part 6 of the upper sheet 2, and is provided with an item copying part 11 at a part corresponding to the item writing part 7 of the upper sheet 2. |
