PURPOSE:To execute a data transmission without damaging the transmission even if a disconnection occurs in a transmission line, by transmitting a data in both directions of a right turn and a left turn of a loop by a transmitting station, transmitting a data of the next receiving station in only one direction by a receiving station, and executing no transmission in any direction, when a data has been received from both the directions. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting station 1 is connected in a loop shape to other transmitting station, namely, a receiving station 2, by a transmission line 3. As for a transmission course 4 of a data, it is transmitted in the right turn direction and the left turn direction from the transmitting station 1, terminated in a receiving station 5 which is opposed to the transmitting station, and the transmission line 3 is shaped like a loop. Also, when a data has been received from both the directions, no transmission is executed in any direction. In this way, eve if a disconnection occurs in the transmission line.
