PURPOSE:To realize two inputs easily, to reduce the area of a light-receiving region and to minimize dark currents by forming window regions on both sides of the light-receiving region. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 7 on one side of a substrate 1 is removed partially, and a non-reflecting coating film 12a is applied. A non-reflecting coating film 12 is also applied onto a light-receiving surface 9. An insulating film 13 is shaped to the other surface. Main signal beams are projected through an optical fiber 10 and a lens 11 from the light-receiving surface 9, monitor signal beams are projected through an optical fiber 10a and a lens 11a from another substrate 1 side, and the foci of each signal beams are brought to the center of an optical absorption layer 2. |
