PURPOSE:To reduce generation of a friction noise, increase lubricating quality and improve wear resistance, by using a sulfureted nitride steel plate for a brake wheel, forming an end bracket and brake disc to cast iron construction and preventing a friction surface from becoming a mirror face. CONSTITUTION:A brake wheel 13 is prepared by a steel plate, and its surface is fully applied with sulfuret nitriding treatment to increase lubricating quality of a friction surface, improve its wear resistance and improve wear resistance of the engagement face to the spline part 3a of a rotor shaft 3. Further an end bracket 2 and brake disc 14 are formed to cast iron construction and prevented from becoming a mirror face due to familiarization of the friction surface with the brake wheel 13, then occurrence of uncomfortable metallic noise can be prevented by lubrication of carbon of cast iron grain and suitable roughness. |
