PURPOSE:To enable a large torque capacity to be set by a small contact area, by forming a tapered surface on the internal peripheral surface of the first ring-shaped gear while a tapered surface, corresponding to the former said tapered surface, on an extending rim part of the second gear in its axial direction and fitting the both gears through the tapered surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A torque limiter 23 is arranged between the first ring-shaped gear 20 and the second gear 18. A tapered surface 20a, being formed on the internal peripheral surface of the first ring-shaped gear 20, is fitted to a tapered surface 18a of the second gear 18 by a tapered shape. A tapered angle theta of the both tapered surface 20a and 18a is equally formed to, for instance, 6 deg.. A nut 30 is tightened, and when force in the axial direction of a spring 29 is applied to the first ear 20, a surface pressure in a direction at a right angle with the tapered surface 18a increases to a very large value as compared with the force in the axial direction. Accordingly, a large maximum torque capacity can be set by a small contact area.
