<p>PURPOSE:To exactly fix a given shape of punched sheet to its position by a method in which a given shape of punched sheet is put on a synthetic resin plate, pressed by a negative pressure box, and bonded to the synthetic resin plate by a sealer bar. CONSTITUTION:When a non-woven fabric piece 3 comes into contact with the upside of a shell plate 1, the connection between a negative pressure box 34 and a vacuum source is interrupted and communicated with the open air. Even after the piece 3 is put on the shell plate 1, the box 34 continues to go down, a spring 35 is compressed, and a support shaft 33 is pushed up. When the box 34 goes down, the lower end projections 42-42 of pointed sealer bars 41-41 are projected downwards to bond the piece 3 to the plate 1. Since the lower end projections 42-42 are heated by the internal heater 40 then, the plate 1 so pressed is partly melted and bonded with the piece 3 in a spotted manner.</p> |
