<p>PURPOSE:To input easily and quickly exact information in a state that a work is being executed, by feeding back a voice input of a worker to the worker, and also bringing its input information to a computer check. CONSTITUTION:When a work start is inputted, an information editing computer 4 indicates separately necessary information to an input person by a voice output through a voice input device body 5 and through a portable radio station 6. The input person reads the indicated matter. This voice is inputted through the radio station 6 which has been installed to his own helmet, edited by the computer 4, fed back to the radio station 6 and brought to a voice output. Also, this information is transmitted to a host storage space managing computer 3, in which a computer check is executed by executed by executing a collation with delivery information with regard to a coil 10 of every ship, which is inputted in advance, and after confirming that it has been inputted correctly, by a person and the computer mutually, the next coil information input command is generated to the input person.
