发明名称 DISCHARGE PULSE ENERGY CONTROL CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To regulate main discharge energy application impact thus to improve the discharge acceleration speed and to reduce consumption of electrode by detecting variation of voltage at the discharge gap then applying sub discharge energy for predetermined time while starting from said point. CONSTITUTION:The voltage detected at the machining electrode is fed through voltage comparison circuit 8 to the terminal S of inter-electrode decision circuit 9 to detect start-of-discharge and to provide a command to pulse generating circuit 13. With correspondence to on-pulse, off-pule and data from delay setting section 14 for switching timing shift of sub and main discharge energy, said circuit 13 will provide different pulses to sub and main discharge energy sections. When providing random quantity of micro energy for random time interval at rising of machining energy pulse, the machining speed dependent on the electrode and the quality of work can be controlled to the maximum resulting in minimization of consumption of electrode.
