PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution by using a serial synchronizing signal used for serial transmission-reception between a communication control logic circuit and an installation device control logic circuit in common as a carrier signal inputted to a modulation circuit of an information signal. CONSTITUTION:A modulation circuit 4 modulates a base band signal G outputted from a communication control digital logic circuit 2 and gives the result onto a transmission line 8. The digital logic circuit is a circuit for controlling installed devices and a transmission-reception source of information. The digital logic circuits 2, 6 have respectively serial transmission-reception circuits 4, 7 and the correspondence between them is performed by using hand shake signals A, B and serial transmission signals C-E. The serial transmission signal E is a serial transmission serial synchronizing signal in sending a data from the logic circuit 2 to the transmission line 8.
