<p>PURPOSE:To form a printing ink film (dye blank layer) to a uniform film thickness by printing radiation curable printing ink to a film and irradiating radiation thereto while a mold material having a smooth surface is kept in contact therewith to cure the printing ink then detaching the mold material and transferring the cured print surface onto a base material for a color filter. CONSTITUTION:Radiation curable printing ink layers 2R, 2B and 2G are formed by printing to a mosaic or stripe shape on the film 1 and the printing ink layer 2 is formed to a nonuniform film thickness. While the mold material 3 is brought into contact with the resulted print surface, the radiation 5 is irradiated from a radiation source 4 to cure the printing ink layer 2. The printing ink layer 6 after curing is formed on the film 1 when the material 3 is detached. The printing ink layer 6 after curing has the uniform film thickness. An adhesive agent layer 8 is formed on the cured printing ink layer 6 and the surface of the adhesive agent layer 8 of the film 1 having the resulted adhesive agent layer 8 is transferred onto the base material 7 for the color filter and thereafter only the film 1 is stripped.</p> |
