<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a clear reproduction picture by employing reproduction data and interpolation data as the still and moving parts of the picture, respectively, in accordance with the moving detection in the small area of the picture. CONSTITUTION:Since data inputted to a Hadamard's converting circuit 18 is data on the difference between two frames in some area of the picture, the action in the area of the picture can be detected by a mean value. WHen the action more than a certain value is present, a selector 25 selects the interpolated data out of either data A or B which are simultaneously inputted: otherwise, the data which is not interpolated is outputted out of either said data A or B. Thus the picture is reproduced from the data on a reproduced sampling point with respect to the still part of the picture, therefore, the deterioration of a resolution does not occur. With respect to the moving part of the picture, the picture is reproduced from interpolation data, whereby picture blurring can be suppressed.</p> |
