PURPOSE:To improve operability in the replacement, maintenance, etc., of the titled solid-stage discharging device (SSC) greatly by arranging terminals of respective electrodes at one end part of the SSC on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:Power source connection terminals 6a and 6b of electrodes 2 and 3 for AC application and the power source connection terminal 6c of an electrode 4 for DC application are provided to one lengthwise end part of the solid-state discharging device (SSC) 1 on the same plane. The terminals 6a and 6b of the electrodes for AC application are connected to the electrodes 2 and 3 by lead wires 7a and 7b wired between an insulator substrate 8 and a dielectric layer 5 and the electrode 4 for DC application and the terminal 6c for it are connected by connecting an electrode 4 to a lead wire 7c wired between the insulator substrate 8 and dielectric layer 5 through a hole A bored in the dielectric layer 5. The depth l of a cut B from an end edge of the dielectric layer 5 is set to >=15mm to maintain a >=30mm creeping distance along the surface of dielectric between adjacent terminals as length necessary for prevention against creeping discharging, thereby preventing creeping discharge from being caused.
