This torque divider with two gear ratios and three axes for industrial vehicles with integral drive is of the type having an input shaft 1 and an intermediate shaft 2 which carries pinions 6, 7 and 9, 10 forming a two-ratio gearbox, two coaxial output shafts 3, 4 driven by the gearbox by way of a differential unit 14 and intended to be coupled to the front axle and the rear axle of a vehicle respectively. The differential unit is located on the output side of the movement associated with the rear axle and comprises a planet wheel carrier casing 16 integral with the driven pinion 15 of the divider and which is directly driven to rotate by one of the transmission gear wheels 9, 10 of the gearbox. <IMAGE>
