The transparent protective plate 3 is provided to be movable by bearing against the notice-carrying panel 4 in such a way as to move under gravity downwards with the latter until it is immobilised by fixed stops 8 level with the lower opening 1a of the casing 1. When raised again, the panel 4 again comes to take control of the plate 3 which is then brought back into the raised position, thus avoiding any risk of damage of the notice when it passes through the aperture 1a. <IMAGE>
