PURPOSE:To automate duty management by forming a personal ID column in each time card, executing clocking and ID reading through a time recorder and processing the read ID by a computer. CONSTITUTION:An ID column is formed in each time card 1. At the time of entrance/leaving, the time card 1 is inserted into the time recorder 2. The time recorder 2 reads out the personal ID through a personal ID reading means and obtains time including a data through a clocking means. The time recorder 2 transfers the personal ID read out from the time card 1, the date and the entrance/leaving time simultaneously to a CPU 3. The CPU 3 temporarily registers the sent information in a secondary memory 5. An application program in the CPU 3 calculates overtime, holiday work time, late/early leaving time, etc. from the holidays in the month employee's vacations, special duty, etc. stored in the secondary memory 5 and the personal ID, the entrance/leaving time and the date read out from the time card 1 and registers the calculated results in the secondary memory 5. |
