PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system capable of accurately performing health management, while acquiring a mental status and/or a physical status of a human body, by obtaining bio-information corresponding to the status.SOLUTION: The health management system comprises: a mental status estimation information acquisition unit that includes at least a user's brain wave measuring section consisting of a first brain wave electrode 103 that extends from a spectacle frame 101 and comes into contact with the forehead of a user, and a second brain wave electrode 105 that is installed at the spectacle frame 101 and comes into contact with a part other than the forehead, and that acquires mental status estimation information of a user; and a bio-information acquisition unit and a bio-information extraction unit that are mounted on the spectacle frame 101 and acquire and extract the bio-information of the user associated with the mental status estimation information. Further, the health management system detects a posture and/or a location of the user, and acquires physical status estimation information of the user so as to extract the bio-information in a predetermined state of the user that is estimated based on the mental status estimation information and the physical status estimation information. |
