PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently achieve reduction on deviation of the number of erasure and reduction on data storage capacity as a whole storage system.SOLUTION: A storage system 100 including a number of flash packages 230 includes a function of: reducing deviation of the number of erasure of each block within the flash packages 230; a capacity virtualization function in a block unit; and a function of calculating the number of erasure and data occupancy of each flash package 230 and moving data among the flash packages 230 on the basis of values of the number of erasure and the data occupancy. |
