PURPOSE:To shorten a working time and to save the pace with the automatic change of a tool and die by fitting plural tool holders to the outer periphery of one part of two co-axial rotary plates and by holding the plural clamping dies of the work on the outer periphery of the other part and by selecting optionally the tool and die. CONSTITUTION:A spindle unit 1 is made to combine a tool holder 5 and spindle by a rotary mechanism. A spindle unit 2 advances and retreats the spindle unit 1. Plural tool holders 5 are held by a holding mechanism 8 on the outer periphery of a rotary plate A3. The plural clamping dies 6 of the work are fitted on the outer periphery of the rotary plate B co-axial with the rotary plate A3. The selection of the optional tool holder 5 and clamping die 6 is held by the opening and closing of a solenoid clutch and the revolution of a motor 10. The respective indexing is performed by the signal combination of the encoder or proximity switch, etc.
