PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for preliminary compression and to improve production efficiency by providing a supply device which supplies cases onto the mortar holes of a rotary disk in such a manner that the lower sides of the cases serve as apertures, loading the powder in the mortar holes into the cases by lower pestles and compressing the powder by the lower pestles and upper pestles. CONSTITUTION:The cases 6 supplied above the mortar holes of the rotary disk 1 are lowered by descending of holders 5 so that the aperture ends at the bottom ends of the cases contact tightly with the top surfaces of the mortars 2; at the same time, the cases are held in alignment with the mortar holes. The powder packed preliminarily at the specified amt. into the mortar holes by feed shoes 15 is forced into the cases 6 held in the above-mentioned manner by raising the lower pestles 3 and is compressed by the lower pestles 3 and the upper pestles 4 pressing the bottoms of the cases 6 to fix powder compression moldings 7 into the cases 7. Since the aperture ends of the cases is in tight contact with the top surface of the mortar 2, the desired amt. of the powder packed into the mortar holes is directly put into the cases 6 and is compressed without preliminary compression. |
