PURPOSE:To obtain a small, light and inexpensive unit by utilizing rotary bodies provided with surface processing function as self-running means. CONSTITUTION:A motor 6 is driven to rotate a rotary body 3a in A direction and a rotary body 3b in B direction. As a portion of the circumferential part of the rotary body 3a is cut, a rotary axis 2a starts vibration vertically as the rotary body 3a rotates. Ad when the rotational number of the rotary body 3a is increased more, the rotary body 3a is separated from a surface to be processed 4 each time when the portion where the circumferential part is cut approaches the surface to be processed 4, and this time friction force between the rotary body 3a and the surface to be processed 4 becomes 0. While,the rotary body 3b is always in contact with the surface to be processed 4 and friction force is generated, then driving force performing self-running in C direction is given. When an output shaft 6a is adversely rotated, the rotary body 3b runs in the direction opposite to C. Therefore, any additional self-running means independent from a surface processing means is not required, and a compact, light and inexpensive device can be obtained. |
