发明名称 AUTOMATIC PENETRATION WELDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain thoroughly continuous penetration beads by controlling the supplying conditions of a welding wire and the moving condition of objects to be welded according to the state of forming the penetration beads. CONSTITUTION:A computer 23 recognizes the position at a butt joint 20 just before the start of penetration root pass as a pass joint position by monitoring of a pulse generator 22. The computer 23 compands the temporary stop of rotation, selects the temporary feed stop of a filler wire 26, the temporary stop of oscillation and the adequate value of the welding current according to the joint diameter from the preliminarily stored signals and outputs the same to a welding control device 28. After such state is held for the optimum time, the wire 26 is again fed to the molten pool of a groove part 24. The wire 26 is again fed for a proper period and thereafter the computer 23 again outputs the welding conditions of the root layer and restarts the rotation of the butt circumferential joint 20 at the same instant. The thoroughly continuous penetration beads are thereby formed.
