According to the invention, the driving mode consists of a securing button 22, the cylindrical end of which is mounted rotatably in a rose 23, of which the connection to the front wall 2a of the housing is made by screws 32, of which the shanks, passing successively through an inner reinforcing plate 12 fixed to the wall of the housing and this housing 2, are screwed into blind internally threaded holes 29 of the rose 23 and the heads of which bear on the inner face of the wall of the housing 2, whilst the connection of the button 22 to the nut 9 in terms of translational movement is made by an axial screw 33. <IMAGE>
