The invention relates to device for occulting advertisements on parked vehicles. It comprises, in a first variant, two panels made of light material 1 and 1', the latter 1' is fixed onto uprights 3 which serve as a support for installing the device on a vehicle, the panel 1 is of the same surface area and dimensions as the panel 1'. The panel 1 is articulated onto the panel 1' at 2 and held in a vertical position by sprung hooks 4-4 which only need to be released for the said panel 1 to fall by gravity and come to mask the half-panel 1'. It is thus quite obvious that, if the advertisement has been applied over the whole of the two panels 1 and 1', it will disappear from view. Other variants, like rolling or pivoting screens for vertically-articulated half panels could be used without departing from the scope of the present invention. <IMAGE>
