The present invention relates to a carriage loading device for a transportation cargo vehicle and a loading and unloading method using the same, capable of freely loading a special cargo such as a vehicle seat and the like in a horizontal direction or a vertical direction. A one-third part of the rear part of a cargo box in a cargo vehicle is formed in an extension line of a guide (5) and a roller (2) on a bottom of the cargo box, and comprises: a ball bearing (12) vertically or horizontally moving a carriage (pallet) (3); a separator (10) separating a horizontal line and a vertical line; a hinge (9) formed to a front of the separator (10); and a fixing unit (11) formed to fixate the separator (10) to the rear of the separator (10). A two-third part of the front part of the cargo box in the cargo vehicle comprises: a fixing protrusion (8′) fixating the carriage (pallet) (3) between both ends of the cargo box and the line on the bottom, and extended to the rear end of the cargo box to prevent cargos from being shaken; a fixing protrusion (8) connected to the separator (10) between the lines; a roller (2) formed on both sides in a space with the size of the carriage (pallet) (3) in every line formed on the bottom of the cargo box; a horizontal bar (1) of unloading the carriage (pallet) (3); a guide (5) moving forwards and backwards as the horizontal bar (1) is guided; a string (6) connected to the horizontal bar (1); and a carriage (pallet) moving string roller (4) installed to easily operate the string (6). |
