PURPOSE:To control the backward speed to make it possible to devote to handle the steering wheel for a driver, by linking a passive member of a centrifugal friction clutch to the piston of a master cylinder unit to produce a braking hydraulic pressure through a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:A oneway clutch 3 is connected to a rear wheel 1 and transmits the torque of the rear wheel 1 to a centrifugal friction clutch 4 through a chain 5 when a car moves backward. The centrifugal friction clutch 4 has a drive plate 7 and a clutch outer 8 which is a drum form passive member, and outside the clutch outer 8 is pivoted an end of a connecting member 13. The other end of the connecting member 13 is linked to the piston 15 of a brake master cylinder 14, and when the centrifugal force of a shoe member 9 reaches an adequate value by the plate 7 exceeding a specific rotation speed with an increase of the car speed in the backward movement, a front wheel brake 22 is operated to brake the front wheel to reduce the car speed.
